1. Overvoltage alarm of the spindle inverter

The spindle inverter produces an oL overvoltage alarm on the operation panel every time it stops. The problem is locked in the deceleration time set by the inverter when the input-side power supply voltage is measured with a multimeter and found to be expected. To minimize the inertia of the spindle when stopping, the deceleration time of the inverter was set minimal, resulting in the frequency of the inverter dropping very fast after the stop signal was issued. The synchronous speed of the motor also dropped very fast, due to the large inertia of the winding motor, the actual speed of the winding motor exceeded the synchronous speed at this time. The winding motor was running in the generator state, which induced a large voltage on the stator side of the motor. The winding motor is running in the generator state, and a large voltage is induced on the stator side of the motor, which causes the over-voltage alarm of the inverter.

 

Solution:

Generally, setting the deceleration time to 0.5s can minimize the inertia when decelerating and ensure that no overvoltage alarm occurs. However, the situation should be based on the actual situation to debug.

 

2. The alarm processing of the line servo drive

In the commissioning process, the automatic winding machine automatic lineup servo drive such as a fault alarm, the reason for the encoder and servo drive communication abnormalities.

 

Solution:

After the servo drive power is off, the encoder and servo drive connection plug CN2 are unplugged once again, and again after power is on, the fault is lifted.

 

3. How to set the line servo to follow the ability

Through the servo drive parameters P6 to set the line servo following capacity, the greater the value of the parameter set, the smaller the error in the implementation of the position command, and the stronger the ability to follow; but this value is too large if set to easily cause mechanical vibration of automatic winding machine, so the value of this parameter should be set to take into account the mechanical and tracking of the position command. After the actual debugging, set it to 35.

 

4. the determination of the sampling period of the lineup

The sampling period is set to 100ms when writing the lineup program. Still, during the debugging of the automatic winding machine, it is found that the lineup mechanism will have the apparent phenomenon of walking and stopping. In each cycle of walking and stopping, the walking time is concise and the stopping time is very long, resulting in inconsistent lineup tightness. So consider reducing the sample cycle to twice the PLC scan cycle, continue debugging, found that the line mechanism can move very smoothly, will not appear a walk a stop phenomenon, and the line is also more closely.

 

5. the tension adjustment when winding a round wire

Such as the diameter of the round wire material range from 0.3 ~ 1.3mm, and the winding tension of the round wire is adjusted by the number of winding turns on the Shu Zhang series. When winding a relatively thin round wire, if the tension value is not adjusted appropriately will appear thin wire is stretched thin. Insulation paint off the situation, so the manufacturer should summarize the appropriate number of winding turns for different round wire diameters.

 

6. winding flat wire tension adjustment

The tension adjustment when winding flat wire is achieved by adjusting the air pressure of the disc brake pad. The manufacturer should also summarize the air pressure size for different wire widths.
